Q.2) Right to education act:

Government plans and work for some people's who are not able to pay fee for education that people's child gets free education. Who are not economically stable government help that people. But still in some region the people are not aware about education and they said their child to child labour or some work . That child gets very loss

Q.3) Yes the democratic country to be secular. There should be no discrimination among the religion of man and woman there is equality. If the women and man do same work some people's give man vast salary and woman get less salary so they should must not relate them. Government give Protection to the poor class people.
