Eye- withness of Chain Snatching in delhi.

Today when I was visiting my school for some work, on the way I withnessed an incident of chain snatching. A woman was going by the footpath suddenly two youngsters came on the bike and snatched the woman's chain and the woman was injured on her neck. After watching the whole incident I thought that today's youths are getting into the wrong track and women are also not safe.
