Area of shaded region=Area of triangle - Area of 3 Arcs.

area \: of \: triangle =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  {a}^{2}  \\ a = 8cm \\  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times 64 \\  = 16 \sqrt{3}
area \: of \: arc =  \frac{\pi}{4}  {r}^{2}  \\ r = 4 \\  \\  =  \frac{\pi}{4}  {(4)}^{2}  \\ 4\pi
Area of arc=4π

➡️Area of 3 arcs=12π

<b>Now area of shade portion=16√3-12π
