question 1.) A disc having a uniform thickness is rotating at 3000 r.p.m. If the inside and outside diameter of the disc are 50mm and 200 mm respectively find the stress variation from inside to outside radius. Take the density of the material as 7800 kilograms per cubic meter and Poisson's ratio as 0.3.
question 2.) A simply supported beam carries U.D.L of 3 kN/m on a total length of 5m. Calculate the deflection of the beam at 2m from one support using Castigliano's theorem. Take El as 3 MNm²
