2. Also known as leaf blade. It is the green, flat surface of the leaves. It consists of a small branched vein and veinlets.
3. Photosynthesis is the process in which green plants use sunlight to make their own food. Photosynthesis requires sunlight, chlorophyll, water, and carbon dioxide gas as raw materials . Plants take in water from the soil and carbon dioxide from the air.
