2. It can increase our self belief and self confidence.
3. It can help us to improve our overall personality. Because we know what's best for us. By seeing ourselves in a mirror gives us a chance to totally reflect on our current life and our character so as to get the dose of reality to see where we stand and whats need to be done to improve ourselves.
4. A quick glance in the mirror reaffirms our sense of self. Mirrors help us regulate our emotions and sync up with ourselves and others. Mirrors simulate face-to-face contact with others. When we are in face-to-face interactions, we get feedback on what they are experiencing internally from others' reactions to us.
5. The most important thing is it reminds us one of the most fundamental realities that we don't need to prove anyone but ourselves. We don't need to compare ourselves with anyone else but ourselves.
