From figures it is obvious that these pairs have 0 or 1 or 2 points in common. Hence, a pair of circles cannot intersect each other at more than 2 points . So, The maximum number of common point is 2.

.On drawing a different pairs of circles ,we find that they have two points in common .Now we shall prove that a pair of circle can't interact each other.
Let the two circles cut each other at 3 points .But from three points only one circle passes ,Hence, two circles if interact each other then they will interact at two points .These two points are the ends of their common chord if a no. of circles which will pass through the end points of this common chord.
