concept : if (h,k) is the centre of cirlce and r is the radius of that circle then, equation of cirlce is (x - h)² + (y -k)² = r²
here,
centre of circle = (0,2)
radius of circle = 2
equation of circle is,
(x - 0)² + (y - 2)² = 2²
x² + y² - 4y + 4 = 4
x² + y² - 4y = 0
hence, equation of circle is x² + y² - 4y = 0
here,
