1) To find the least number by which 768 be multiplied to get a perfect square. first, we make a prime square.
as: 768= 2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*3
here we can see that we have even number of '2' so here we multiply 768 by 3 to make an even number of '3' and get 
768 * 3= 2304 
so, least number of which 768 be multiplied to get perfect square=3 perfect square = 2304
 root 2304=root 42^2= 48
