The higher concentration of fluorides causes chlorosis and also it causes necrosis in tip & margin of leaf but mainly in the leaf lamina. The compounds of this are fluorine which reaches in the animals through the toider and then it causes abnomal calcitication of teeth, this is known as Fluorosis.

Note:- Some of the experts said that the maximum level of fluoride which can be tolerated is 1.5 parts per million [ppm].
