(a) The underlying value is that the equality between boys and girls. No discrimination can be made on the basis of gender.
(b) The underlying value is that there shall be higher slab of sales tax on luxury item which are used by rich people.
(c)The underlying value is that India is a Secular state. Hence no religious instructions should be given in government school and colleges.
(d)The underlying value is that there should be no exploitation either by the state or by privileged classes in the society.
