\boxed{Here's\:ur\:answer }
Virtually True" is a science fiction story about the consciousness of a child surviving in a computer game. Michael and Sebastian become friends, in spite of the fact that Sebastian was in a coma state in reality. The lines between science fact and science fiction, becomes blurred in this story. To a certain extent Sebastian survives, because Michael plays the games. Thus, it is also a story of strangers becoming friends and overcoming adversities together, as in the computer games.

The message conveyed by the story "Virtually True" is that in today's technically advanced world, the line between the real and the virtual is getting blurred. It is as if both are intermingled. Virtually, Michael attempts to save Sebastian in the psycho-drive games but in reality, Sebastian gains back his consciousness as soon as Michael manages to save him in the last game. Thus, technology has made it very difficult to differentiate between the real and the virtual.

Hope it'll help
