Let the required integer be 'x'
Given that:
       2x + 7 > 3x
So,         x < 7

Therfore, the greatest such integer is: 6

Let the integer be x.
Now according to the question
2x+7\ \textgreater \ 3x
7\ \textgreater \ 3x-2x
7\ \textgreater \ x
x\ \textless \ 7

that means that the greatest integer is 6

proof

2[6]+7>3[6]
19>18
so equation holds true.
