Question 11 18 is divisible by both 2 and 3. It is also divisible by 2 × 3 = 6. Similarly, a number is divisible by both 4 and 6. Can we say that the number must also be divisible by 4 × 6 = 24? If not, give an example to justify our answer:

As in the example above , 2 and 3 are one of the factors of 18 and 2×3=6 is also its factor and hence 18 is divisible by 6 also.

We can't say so about all numbers, it's not necessary in all cases , for example 12 is a number whose factors include 4 and 6 but 24 i.e is product of 4 and 6 is not a factor of 12.

⇒ So, the above statement is false , it is not necessary that product of factors of a number is also a factor of that number.
