Raghav can grow cotton in gujarat because gujarat region has black soil which is suitable for cultivating cotton rather jute. Gujarat also has many cotton textile industry so the raw material can be transported easily. For exporting cotton we have two sea ports namely Kandla and Mumbai. As Gujarat doesn't have enough water facilities we cannot grow jute which need more water for processing.
