Bulb A and B are in series and Bulb C is parallel to both.

If bulb C is removed from the circuit , then it will not have any effect on the brightness of B. This is because in parallel connection the voltage is same in each circuit.

If B burns out A will also stop glowing

There will not be any effect on the brightness of C
