SOLUTION:-

 \frac{ {3}^{3} }{4}  \div 4 \: pounds \\   =  ( \frac{4 \times 3 + 3}{4} ) \div 4 \: pounds \\  =  \frac{15}{4}  \div 4 \: pounds \\  =  \frac{15}{4}  \times  \frac{1}{4}  \: pounds

now we know that 1 pound = 16 ounces

therefore

 \frac{15}{16} pounds =  \frac{15}{16}  \times 16 \: ounces

 = 15ounces
