3x - 2 < 2x + 1
add 2 both sides,
3x -2 + 2 < 2x +1 + 2
3x < 2x +3
subtract 2x from both sides,
3x - 2x < 2x -2x +3
x < 3 ,hence, x € (-∞, 3)
