Solution :

It is given that the imprest amount = 5000 ₹

We have given a data table, with all the payments kn question,

so putting all the data in a table of petty cash book,

we fulfil the first column of the table which makes it total of 4066 ₹ with 934 by balance c/d on 12 September, making it total 5000 ₹.

Making second colum by selecting only money for postal and stationary got a total of 1142 ₹,

Similarly collected

entertainment, traveling and conveyance, repair and sundries columns with their respective money.
