Here we have
Δ PQR ≅ Δ DEF
Therefore,

∠F = ∠R = 60° [since ∠F = 60° is given]
∠Q = ∠E
Now, in Δ PQR, using the angle sum property, we get
∠P + ∠Q + ∠R = 180°
⇒ 45° + ∠Q + 60° = 180°
⇒ ∠Q = 180° - 105°
⇒ ∠Q = 75°
