= 3-3x<2x+8

= -3x<2x+5
= -3x-2x<2x+5-2x
= -5x<5
= -5x/-5>5/-5
= x>-1

= 3-3x-3<2x+8-3
= -3x<2x+5
= -3x-2x<2x+5-2x
= -5x<5
= -5x/-5>5/-5
= x>-1
