All citizens may be granted equal rights but all may not be able to equally exercise them. Explain.

ANSWER :  

Full and equal citizenship means that all citizens, rich or poor should be given equal rights. Generally in all the democratic countries citizens are given equal rights. The Indian Constitution unequivocally declared the rights contained in part III of the Constitution are to be enjoyed by all the citizens of India. However all citizens are not able to equally exercise them because citizens are not equally competent.

⭐Every citizen gets equal rights but it's true that they may not be able to equally exercise them.
Some of the reasons can be classified as followed..
1. Lack of knowledge and no awareness about the right.
2.Corrupted government.
3. Different groups of people may have some problems and accordingly needs ..etc

We can give the example of a child.. Each and every child has the right to education. But many Children are not able to go to school due to poverty, no money, etc.
Hence this proves that all citizens may not be able to equally exercise it.⭐
