DKG University College (DKGUC) is local higher education institution which encompasses of approximately 300 academic and non-academic staff. The main business is to provide quality education for the students and to create quality graduates with employable skill. DKGUC recently were facing some crisis in settling down the management issues among the owners. The previous management disagrees to sell the college to new management as per discussion. Therefore, these circumstances forced the new management to pause all their business operations and other strategic development activities related to DKGUC. Moreover, the management did not communicate the internal crisis to the stakeholders. The stakeholders were confused with what going on in DKGUC. In addition, the college academic and non-academic staff faces few more issues such as; delay in salary payment, extend the semester break for students and freeze all the business transaction for few months. Delay in staff salary payment caused many internal and external issues. Internally staffs feel frustrated and dissatisfaction with the management and this lead to low work motivation, attitude problems such as absenteeism, spread gossips and rumors and slowdown in performing their daily work. Gossips and rumors started to spread very fast and this impact on the staffs performance. Externally this issue has been bringing up to the labor office and the Ministry of Higher Education institution. Therefore, the interference of government agency happens. The ministry arrange meeting with the three owners and come up with a solution for this issue. The miscommunication has lead to third party interference and effect the brand name of institution.
