Hey there !

Answer:

The following statement is false.

Judiciary has it's own jurisdiction and a complete set of rules as mentioned in the constitution. The judiciary has the highest power of being the independent of all the other levels of governing bodies. Hence it does not mean that it is not accountable to anyone.

Judiciary after being selected by the central government ministry must act unbiased and must never indulge in favouring in any of the cases. Judges are the supreme personnels and must be accountable to every judgement they write. They must provide all the reasons stating why such a judgement is provided.

So in whole neither of the levels of the government has an exercise over the supreme powers in a democratic country like India. Hence we can say that Independence of judiciary doesn't mean that it is not accountable to people of the country.
