steps for solving ,
2x + y ≥ 6 by graphically method.

step1:- consider the inequation as strict equation e.g 2x + y = 6

step2:- find the points on the co-ordinate axes.
e.g when x = 0, y = 6
when y = 0, x = 3

step3:- plot the graph using above data's.

step4:- take a point (0,0) and put it in inequation 2x + y ≥ 6
we get , 2×0+0≥6 => 0≥6 which is false , so the shaded region will be opposite side of the origin.
