The initiative for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is to be paid by the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation(MDS). The vision was to triple the facility of sanitation by the end of 2019. The primary target to achieve the Making of an Open Defecation Free(ODF) India by 2019.
