HI !

Mass no: = No: of protons + No: of neutrons

Oxygen:-
No: of protons = 8
No: of neutrons = 8
Mass no: = 8 + 8 = 16

================================

Sulphur:-
No: of protons = 16
No: of neutrons = 16
Mass no: = 16 + 16 = 32

Oxygen

Protons (p)= 8
Neutrons (n)= 8
Mass number = protons + neutrons
                       = 8 + 8
                       = 16

Sulphur

Protons (p) = 16
Neutrons (n)= 16
Mass number = protons + neutrons
                       = 16 + 16
                       = 32
