✔switch off lights , fans , television and other electrical appliances when not needed .
✔use energy efficient electrical appliances to save electricity. Tis can be done by using compact fluorescent lamps.
✔use stairs to climb at least up to the flies of a building instead of talking a lift.
✔pressure cookers should be used for cooking food top save fuels like kerosene.
✔the use of biogas as domestic fuel should be encouraged in rural areas.
