Amoeba has no fixed place for egestion . The undigested food gets collected inside Amoeba , then its called cell membrane suddenly ruptures and the undigested food is thrown out of the body of amoeba .

Explanation:  

The food which is not digested in an amoeba is collected continuously inside the cell membrane or the plasma membrane. This membrane suddenly opens out to throw this vacuole outside.

The contractile vacuole is sometimes even used to excrete water in order to maintain the osmoregulation of a cell. Without the presence of a contractile vacuole the amoeba would burst.
