(a). Yes, Cell division is itself a mode of reproduction in unicellular organisms as it is a unicellular and when it divides mitotically its number increases.... Hence, the ans.
(b). Clones are organisms which genetically and morphologically similar.
Since, asexual reproduction is also cell division in unicellular organisms(i,e the offsprings are the parents itself) its offspring are remarkably similar to their parents.
