(a) You are the Head Boy/Head Girl of your school. Draft a notice to be displayed on the
notice board, informing the students of Classes IX and X about the Remedial Classes
for those who have secured less than 50 per cent marks in Mathematics in the First
Terminal Exam. The Classes will be held in the school after the school hours from
2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Give the necessary details about the timings and place where the
Classes will be held.
(b)Write an email to the parents/guardians of the students of Classes IX and X, who
have secured less than 50 per cent marks in Mathematics in the First Terminal Exam,
informing them about the Remedial Classes for their wards to be held in school Use
the details given in Q.3 (a).

The school is organizing remedial classes for class IX and X whose have secured less than 50% marks in Math in the first terminal Exam. The classes will be held in the school after the school hours from 2:30pm –4:30 pm in room no 501 for IX 2:30pm to 3:30pm by Mr Virat sir and for X in room 32 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm by Ms Shalini .
