In our opinion the principle of considering the special needs of people does not conflict with the principle of equal treatment for all. All individuals are human beings therefore they deserve equal rights and equal treatment. However to promote Social Justice it is essential that society should take into account special needs of the people. People with certain disabilities could be considered unequal in some respect and need special help. In many countries physical disabilities, age on lack of access to good education or Health care ,etc are some factors that are considered grounds for special treatment. In India Scheduled caste are given special privileges.
