If you are coming from the railway station , take the City bus 61 or 62. Get off at the junction of Patel Road and Mall Road. There's a bus stop just at the junction . And then you walk done about a 100m . You will come to the College Road . Go straight along College Road for another 100m . You will reach the junction of College Road and Court Road. Now turn right. The first house on the right is our house.

For scrambled eggs you will need:

One egg per person
2 tablespoons milk
A knob of butter
¼ teaspoon salt
½ Pinch of pepper
Saucepan
Small bowl
Fork
Large spoon

The process:

1.Break the egg into the bowl and the milk, Salt and Pepper. Beat the egg gently just to mix in the ingredients.

2. Place the Pan over the lowest heat possible and put the knob of butter in it . Stir the butter around the pan.

3. As soon as the butter starts to melt ,pour in the egg. Keep stirring the egg in the pan with a spoon to mix the cooked egg with the uncooked part.

4. To get creamy scrambled eggs , be careful at this stage. As soon as the egg in the pan is thick and there is almost no liquid egg left, turn off the stove . Keep stirring to continue the cooking. The heat in the pan will cook the egg to the right consistency.
