Question 3: why is Sodium Bicarbonate used for baking ?

When a glass bowl is attracted to the Gravitational force of the earth and falls on a hard surafec, in that case the stress that induces in the glass is greater than the strength of the Glass.

Which results in breakage of the Glass Bowl.


Ans. 2

Every liquid has a defined boiling point. Here Boling point means, the temperature at which the liquid starts to evaporate.
Like wise Water has also a boiling point ie. 100 Degree Celsius.

When the Temperature reaches at 100 Degree, water starts to evaporate.


Ans.3

Sodium Bicarbonate also known as Baking soda. It is used to make many food items like Cake etc.

Baking Soda is used to releive hurt burn, Sour stomach and acid indigestion. Baking soda neutralize the excess stomach ACID.

It works as a medicine for stomach related issues which causes due to excess stomach ACID.

It belongs to a medicine group called antacids.
