Solution:

Neil + Andy one day work = 1/10

Complete Work done by Neil in 12 days

Work done by Neil in 1 day = 1/12

Let the work done by Andy in one day = x

x + 1/12 = 1/10

x = 1/60

Andy can do the work in 60 days.

Therefore Andy can complete the task in 60 days.
