Dear Student,

You forgot to mention resistsivies, don't worry I'll add that.

◆ Given resistivities -

  1. A = 110x10^-8 Ohm-m
  2. B = 1x10^10 Ohm-m
  3. C = 10x10^-8 Ohm-m
  4. D = 2.3x10^3 Ohm-m

● Answers with explaination -

(a) As material C has lowest resistivity, it will be good conductor of electricity.

(b) Material A having low resistivity will be used as resistor.

(c) As material B have highest resistivity, it will act as insulator.

(d) Material D having midrange resistivity will act as semiconductor.

Hope this helps you..
