Also, 50 sec difference is b/w there time to finish the race.

As the time for both B and C will be same when B finish the race.

i.e.

time taken by C to travel 500m is 50 sec

so,

speed of C= 500/50=10metre per sec

so total time taken by C= total distance/speed=5000/10=500sec

so the time taken by B=500-50 =450seconds

so speed of B=5000/450= 100/9 metre per sec

so time taken by B to travel 54000m is

time= 54000*9/100=540*9seconds

=81 mins
