Answer:-

A :-
balance force:- which applied by a person and does not the position of a substance in which the force is applied.

Ex:- a block in which two person are applying force in their opposite direction it is the example of balance force in that force there is no acceleration .

Unbalanced force:- in which force after apply force it changes the substance position with the respect of time and surrounding it is called unbalanced force.

example:- let a man forcing A block in their same direction after application the blocks position change with the respective surrounding it is the example of an balance phones in which after the outline the force it changes its position with respect of time so it is example of unbalanced force.

Q2. when the force applied on the ball that time it is unbalanced force but when the force is exerted at that time the balls Reform its original shape which it is that time it is balance force.

(a)

When equal and opposite forces are acting on a body then these forces are called as balanced forces. Net force applied on the body is 0 (zero)  thus no effect or no movement is observed in the body.

For example:- On a wooden box when two people are applying same amount of force then the box does not move because net force applied on it is equal to 0 (zero).

When unequal forces acting on a body from any direction then these forces are called as unbalanced forces . Net force applied on the body is not 0 (zero) thus effect or movement is observed in the body.

For example:-When 5 N force is applied from left and 10 N force is applied from right ,then as a result the object will move in left direction with 5 N force.

(b)

When we will press the rubber ball between our hands , then unbalanced force is acting upon the ball.

As the effect of pressing the rubber ball in our hands ,the ball gets squeezed. After relaxing the ball ,balanced force will be acting upon it.
