A bicycle shop gives cycles on rent. The rent varies throughout the year according to season. The
daily charge for spring season is Rs. 5, for summer it is Rs. 8, for winter it is Rs. 3 and for rainy
season it is Rs. 10 per cycle per day.
Write a program to input number of cycles hired and number of days for which they were hired.
Print the amount to be paid to the shop owner. If the cycle is rented for more than 15 days than a
discount of 10% is given on the total bill ( rates of only that season are applied in which the cycle
was rented).​
