OPTION (B) Between R and S .

 \sf  \: displacement \: in \: horizontal \: direction \:  =  \\  \\  \sf\pi \: R = \pi \: m. \\  \\  \sf \: displacement \: in \: vertical \: direction = 2R = 2m. \\  \\  \sf \: Resultant \: displacement \:  =  \sqrt{\pi {}^{2} + 4m. }

Since m(g−a) always act downwards normal force N is always upwards.

b) At the top of wheel the net force is 0 as a result we do not fall down or fly upwards.
