SI unit of Pressure (P) = N/m²
SI unit of Volume (V) = m³
SI unit of Temperature (T) = K
SI unit of mole (n) = mol

now, SI unit of PV²T²/n = (N/m²)(m³)²(K)²/mol
= Nm^{(3\times2-2)}K^2mol^{-1}\\=Nm^4K^2mol^{-1}

We know that,
SI unit of Temperature = K
SI unit of amount of substance = mol
SI unit of Pressure = N/m²
SI unit of Volume = m³

now we have , SI unit of PV²T²/n = (N/m²)(m³)²(K)²/mol
= Nm^4K²/mol

Hope helped! ^^
