(1) If the height of the model is 80 cm, find the actual height of the building in metres.

\frac{1}{30} = \frac{Height_{model}}{Height_{actual}}

∴ Actual Height = 80 cm * 30 = 2400 cm = 24m

\frac{Volume_{model} }{Volume_{Actual} } = (\frac{1}{30})^3 =\frac{1}{27000}

∴Volume of model  = \frac{27}{27000} m^3 = \frac1{1000} m^3 = \frac1{10} dm^3 = \frac1{10} l
