if x-1 is a factor of the p(x)

then x value is properly solve this whole function

x=1 put on function

and get function value 0

2 {x}^{3}  - 7 {x}^{2}   +  7x - 2 \\  2 \times  {1}^{3}  - 7 \times  {1}^{2}  + 7 \times 1 + 2 \\ 2 - 7 + 7 - 2 \\ 5 - 5 \\ 0

hence prove
