(a) Ans: Density= Mass/Volume
(b) Ans: 1st case: Let, Mass, A=5kg and Volume, A =20cm3
Therefore, Density, A=Mass,A/ Volume, A
=5kg/20cm3
=0.25kgcm-3
2nd case: Let,Mass,B=20kg and Volume, B=90cm3
Therefore, Density, B=Mass,B/Volume,B
=20kg/90cm3
=0.22kgcm-3
Hence, A has greater density than B.

A. Density = Mass /Volume

B. Object A =

Density =mass / volume

Density = 5/20

= 0.25kg /cm³

Object B

Density =mass/volume

Density = 20/90

= 0.22 kg/cm³

OBJECT A has more mass.
