according to Bronsted - Lowry concept : lewis acid have tendency to accept electrons. it means lewis acid is electron deficient or positive charged species.

Here, BF₃   is electron deficient compound so, it is lewis acid.
         H⁺ is positive charged species so, it is lewis acid.
          NH⁺ is a positive charged species, so it is lewis acid.
