We should learn to appreciate the need for maintaining ecological balance. If we exploit the natural resources all human existence will be in great danger. All humans must take care of the environment. When wheat cultivation has expanded in the early 19th century the farmers had recklessly uprooted all vegetation. These Storms turn the soil over and broken the soil into dust. Due to all this  the whole region has became into a dust bowl.

The settlers had assume that large areas could be cleared and used for growing crops to yield huge profit. After the 1930s the government and the settlers realised that the ecological balance should not be disrupted.

Human should always conserve and protect the environment.
