As triangle are perpendicular to  the radius so

OA ⊥AP & OB ⊥BP

∠OAP = 90°, ∠OBP = 90°

∠OAP+  ∠OBP = 180°

In quadrilateral , OAPB

∠APB +∠AOB +∠AOP +∠OBP = 360

∠APB + ∠AOB + 180 = 360

∠APB + ∠AOB = 180
