Question 8..A 40 W bulb is connected in series with
room heater. If now 40W bulb is replaced by 100W
bulb, then the heater output will increase or decrease?​

Yes ,heater output is decrease. because the resistance of 40 w bulb is more compare to 100 w bulb (As per formula P = V^2/ R) , so that current is less in 40 w bulb.
