(2) : construct a triangle through this centres
this triangle is equilateral because the radius of each circles is same
so the side of triangle is 6 cm
(3) : find the area of equilateral triangle by √3/4 * (6)^2 = 9√3 cm^2
(4) : find the area of each sector which is made by triangle
which angle = 60 (because it is equilateral triangle)
area of each sector , = 60/360 * pie * r^2
1/6 * pie * 3*3 = 3/2 * pie
(5) : area of shadded region = area of triangle - area of this three sectors
= 9√3 - 3 (3/2 * pie)
= 9√3 -9/2 * pie
= (18√3 - 9 * pie)/2 = 9/2 (2√3 - pie) cm ^2
option (2) is correct
