Solution

x² - 4xy + 3y² = 0

x² - 3xy - xy + 3y² = 0

x(x-3y) - y(x - 3y) = 0

(x-y)(x-3y) = 0

From here we get two definition of the relation

x = y or x = 3y

From x = y This relation is Reflexive

So option A
